Nearly a year after their first outing, Aught returns with their track ‘Ether’. Arriving like a sibling piece to ‘Oversight’, Ether extends the groundwork established on the debut single. Atmosphere is punctuated with rhythm. Synths drip into space, lighting up skies as echoes fade to dust. What is apparent within these two singles, is that environment and the existence of the sound is measured and embellished.

‘Between us’ - A phrase heard across the track. Aught says these words directly correlate to the erosion of distance found at the end of lockdown. Finding others that existed so long within our memories. Reconnecting to reality.

This year we will hopefully see many more great songs from Aught.
